Who we are
dacary Ltd ("dacary", "we", "us", "our"), company no. 16121983, is a UK-based consultancy offering marketplace and paid ads consulting alongside web design and development. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
What we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, through the forms on this site:
- Contact form: your name, email address, and message
- Audit request form: your name, email address, phone number (if given), preferred contact method, and details of the product listings or website you'd like audited
The only third-party resource loaded automatically is Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces used on this site — Google may log standard technical data (such as your IP address) as part of serving that request.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — for example, which pages are popular and how people found us. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data such as your IP address, browser, device and pages visited. This data is processed by Google, including outside the UK, under Google's own privacy policy.
These cookies are not essential to the site working, so they're only set if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you click Decline, or don't respond, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your decision at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential project with you. We do not use it for marketing you haven't asked for, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
Who we share it with
Form submissions (contact and audit requests) are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that forwards your message to our inbox. We don't share your data with any other third party, except where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain a record of the conversation, and no longer than needed for that purpose.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Withdraw consent or object to how your data is used
To exercise any of these rights, just email us — details below.
